This service is intended to help users fix corrupt documents without paying the high fees usually associated with such a service. We have achieved this by choosing the most popular applications used today, identifying the most common problems that occur, and learning how to fix them quickly and easily.

The following Microsoft™ document types can usually be repaired for a flat rate fee of $AUD30 per document (incl. GST):

· Word
· Excel
· Power Point
· Access

Most document repairs will be done within 8 business hours, but on occasion, some documents may take longer. Once the document has been inspected or repaired, we will contact you and discuss our findings. If the document was repaired successfully and you are satisfied, payment will be arranged via credit card. You would then be emailed the repaired document, or emailed details on how to download it (this maybe done if documents are too large for email). If you are not satisfied or the document cannot be repaired, no payment is required.

There are occasions where repairs will cost more than the standard flat rate fee. In these cases, any additional fee would be discussed and agreed before being charged. There may also be cases where not all data maybe recovered, or the document may no longer be formatted correctly. In these cases, you must decide if the amount recovered justifies the cost.

If this service proves worthwhile to our customers, we may implement an express repair system where problems could be fixed and returned immediately. We will also extend the service to cover other documentation formats. Please email us if you have any suggestions or comments.

Currently this service specialises in Microsoft™ documents due to their popularity. If documents of another type are sent, we will do our best to repair those files, but extra charges may apply. Again, any additional fee would be discussed and agreed before being charged.
